The Bakery started 1902 and is Tennessees
oldest family bakery. It was started by John Baggenstoss who came to Gruetli in the
1880s and opened the bakery in 1902. Following original recipes brought from
Switzerland years ago the working bakery is "somewhat" of a museum. |
